Go North Group AB (publ) – Initiates a written procedure

Go North Group AB (publ) (the "Company") has instructed the agent for the Company's up to SEK
280,000,000 senior secured bonds with ISIN SE0018040867 (the "Bonds") to initiate a written procedure
to request the bondholders to vote in favour of waiving and amending the terms and conditions of the
Bonds (the "Terms and Conditions").

In order to provide additional flexibility to the business, Go North Group AB (publ) requests an
amendment to the Terms and Conditions whereby a grace period of twelve months is included during
which a group company after an acquisition may be incorporated in another jurisdiction in the Nordic
region, provided that all assets are thereafter transferred to an entity in Sweden, the United Kingdom or
the United States. In addition, for the purpose of making a contemplated single share purchase of a
business currently conducted by a Spanish entity providing products within the health industry (the
"Spanish Entity") (the "Share Acquisition"), a waiver is requested whereby the relevant group company
may be incorporated in Spain during a period of twelve months, after which the assets are transferred to
an entity in Sweden, the United Kingdom or the United States.

The agent will deliver the notice to a written procedure to all bondholders on 2 September 2022. The
written procedure will commence on 8 September 2022 and end on 17.00 (CEST) 28 September 2022. To
be eligible to participate in the written procedure a person must fulfil the formal criteria for being a
bondholder on 8 September 2022. This means that the person must be registered on a securities
account with the Euroclear Sweden AB, as a direct registered owner (Sw. direktregistrerad ägare) or
authorised nominee (Sw. förvaltare) with respect to one or several Bonds.
